Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Try it at home for 60 days.

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, contact us within 60 days of delivery at support@amverio.com and we'll cover the return shipping and send a full refund or replacement.

If it's a change of mind, you may return it within 60 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
