12-month warranty
Every Amverio device comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the day your order is delivered.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects that stop the device from working as described on its product page.
- Parts that fail under normal, everyday use.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, water or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear, such as fabric fraying or fading over time.
- Batteries that are not included in the box (for example, the AA batteries of the Facial Massager).
- Damage caused by repairs or changes made by anyone other than us.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what is happening with the device, and attach a photo or a short video if you can.
- We will review your message and reply within 2 business days with the next step: a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
