Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free across the US and every order includes tracking. Most orders arrive in 7-14 business days. The 3-in-1 Heated Massager for Knee, Shoulder & Elbow ships from our US warehouse and arrives in 3-10 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until it is fulfilled. Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns and warranty

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If your device is defective or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund and cover the return shipping. If you simply change your mind, you can return it within 60 days, and the return shipping is paid by you. See our Returns & Guarantee page for the full details.

Do the devices have a warranty?
Yes. Every device has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.

About our devices

Are these medical devices?
No. Amverio devices are intended for general comfort and relaxation only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Can anyone use them?
Our devices are made for everyday comfort, for any age. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use an implanted device such as a pacemaker, please talk to your doctor before using any of them. Do not use them on injured, swollen or irritated skin.

Do they need charging?
It depends on the device. The Heated Air-Compression Hand Massager and the 3-in-1 Heated Massager for Knee, Shoulder & Elbow are cordless and rechargeable. The 3-in-1 Facial Massager runs on AA batteries (not included) and has no charging.

Is this a good gift?
